The Mastlight is a market-rate TOD in Weymouth, MA. This 265-unit development is located within walking distance of an MBTA commuter rail station, which provides express service to Boston’s South Station during morning and afternoon commutes.
Located just within the Union Point development area, the face of the Mastlight is the first thing one sees upon arriving at this ground-up community. The client and governing body agreed that the project should act as a beacon, welcoming residents home and visitors to the neighborhood. The sculpted roofline, burmed landscape and glowing community room create a memorable moment in the perfectly flat landscape of a former airfield.
